Wrote system administration, installation, hardware
compatibility, and release note documentation for SAN, network attached
storage (NAS) and iSCSI environments. This included descriptions and
configuration instruction for dynamic multipathing (DMP), access control
lists, cluster operation, command line interface (CLI), Fibre Channel,
logical unit number (LUN) allocation, agents, and world wide port name
(WWPN) content. Also specified compatible, related hardware such as host
bus adapters (HBAs) and network interface cards (NICs). Audience included
UNIX and Linux System Administrators. Used FrameMaker 6 and 7 and WebWorks
6.0.

Wrote installation and operation documentation for network encryption
devices and network management software for the creation of virtual
private networks (VNPs) using Internet Protocol Security (IPsec). Was the
team lead for the writing of the Cylink style guide. Audience included NT
System Administrators. Received numerous bonuses for the rapid completion
of time sensitive documentation tasks. Used FrameMaker 5.1 and Photoshop.
