Why I Had to Expose the NCI False Test Results

by Paul Winter

Me

About 20 years ago my sister died due to complications from taking chemo. She was only 35. It was and continues to be the low point of my life. I realized I could give her suffering value if I could turn my sorrow into motivation to help others. When I obtained the National Cancer Institute (NCI) test results that proved NCI had lied about Cancell, I knew I had found the way.

My Medical Qualifications

I have no medical qualifications. That means that the pharmaceutical companies had no opportunity to control the medical information I obtained. I have not been overworked as an intern or resident to the point that I could not research treatments other than pharmaceuticals. I have not struggled to start a private practice where half my income must go to malpractice insurance....

All I have done is read half a dozen books on alternative Cancer treatments and a couple of books on the state of health care in the USA and kept informed by reading newsletters. The following books represent most of the sources I have used for my alternative cancer information:

State of Health Care in the USA

I found that Rockefeller and Carnegie obtained control over medical school education through the use of the Flexner Report which Rockefeller, through Henry Pritchett, had written. This report favored certain medical schools which then started to receive large amounts of money from Rockefeller and Carnegie. In 1905, 160 medical schools were in operation. By 1927, 17 years after the Flexner Report, the number had dropped to 80. From then on, pharmaceutical company control of medical school curriculums was assured by the large amounts of money they would "give" to the schools for approved research. That research of course was approved or disapproved by the pharmaceutical companies. Only research that would lead to treatments that could be patented received approval. That eliminated any treatments derived from plants. Treatment derived from plants are more often safe than dangerous.  Treatments that can be patented are more often dangerous.

In 1928 when Rockefeller interlocked his empire with that of I.G. Farben, he created the largest and most powerful cartel the world has ever known. The executives of I.G. Farben were the only civilians sentenced to jail during the Nuremberg war crimes trials after World War II. Today, the cartel plays the major role in controlling the politics of cancer treatment and research. Considering that one out of three people get cancer and that typical cancer treatment costs $200,000, the profit potential is tremendous.

All I would like to achieve is to have people read these books and develop the same caution that I now use when I approached conventional medical doctors. That caution is born from the information that these doctors, although well-meaning, have received an education that is terribly slanted toward the use of pharmaceutical products. Pharmaceutical products are responsible for killing more people than automobile accidents in the USA. It is long past time that we turned to alternatives first and conventional medicine second. The safe treatments are the natural treatments. Natural treatments can not be patented so pharmaceutical companies do not even try to synthesize them. The commercials recently shown on TV by pharmaceutical companies that show them entering the rainforest to find natural cures are a complete lie. No pharmaceutical company will go through the expensive FTA process to develop a synthesized treatment when the natural treatment could easily be available at a much cheaper cost.

How I Got Involved With Cancell

I have a friend, Mike, with whom I exchange interesting information. One day, Mike sent me an article about Cancell. Although I didn’t realize it at the time the article completely confused the two Cancell formulas, the clear (worthless) and the dark (original and highly effective). Perhaps this confusion caused me to feel that the Cancell information was complete nonsense. I set out to show Mike that this Cancell stuff was a fraud.

I purchased the book about Cancell, "The Cancell Controversy." In that book I found a copy of the NCI test results. They were the proof that NCI had found Cancell very anti-tumor and and then lied about it. I found it hard to believe that NCI would do such a horrible thing. I decided that those test results had to be faked by the author. I contacted the author and found that she had obtained the NCI test results from the developer of Cancell, James Sherdian. Now, I was even more convinced that the test results were faked and thought all I had to do was obtain the real test results from NCI and I could prove that Cancell was a fraud.

I called NCI and eventually got the phone in the records room to ring. A helpful Dr. Manner answered the phone. He faxed me the results I asked for and I almost fell down. They were exactly the same as the results in the book. I searched the web for an article that exposed this lie as the book had, but there was no such Web page. It seemed clear to me that it was now my responsibility to put this information on the Web.

Once I made that initial Cancell Web page, I started to receive many questions by email. These emails required me to research and obtain more information about Cancell. In order to avoid answering the same questions over and over again, I added all new information to the Cancell web page. Eventually, I became involved with other volunteers who promoted Cancell and learned more information. This was also placed on the Web page. Some people who ordered Cancell would contact me with ordering problems. When I learned solutions to ordering problems, that information went on the Web page. My Web page became a very complete source of Cancell information. However, I wanted to make sure that Cancell worked as well as the developer said it would. For five years I collected case histories and became convinced that Cancell was indeed as effective as the developer stated. I eventually published limited results.

My Professional History

I progressed through the engineering ranks from a field engineer working on jets out in the cold for Hughes Aircraft to systems engineer developing avionic systems for Litton and GTE. During my ten years as a systems engineer, I meditated daily and developed sensitivity to many things. When the bottom fell out of the defense industry, I quit engineering to write a book on intuition - one of the things to which I had developed a sensitivity.

With the help of some wonderful friends, I finished the book and discovered that I loved writing. I looked around for something else to write about. It was a short search. I had been interested in alternative health for years. I started a business where I wrote and published alternative health literature.  After a couple of years, I decided that I needed to make more money so I sold my soul, combined my writing skills with my engineering background, and started a career as a contract technical writer.

My Medical Experiences

Western medicine with its drugs and surgery never produced good results for me. It was at an early age that I started using alternative medicine. This may be why I am still insanely active and healthy today. My primary care practitioner is an acupuncturist who prescribes Chinese Herbs. When I visit her office, I wait for five minutes, I am treated for a full 50 minutes and I gladly pay the $50 out of my own pocket. The herbs she prescribes have stopped the most difficult viruses dead in their tracks, but now I have something even better.

If you want to find practitioners who prescribe the herbs I have been using, you can fax a list of your local zip codes to: Health Concerns, Oakland, California (510) 639-9140. They will fax you a copy of practitioners in your area if there are any. If you don't have a fax, their voice number is (510) 639-0280.

My Lumps

In the spring of 1998, I noticed a couple of firm masses in my scrotum. I convinced myself that they were blood clots due to some blood vessel tearing during rough sex, bumpy motorcycle rides, or something like that. The lumps seemed to go away in a few months, but then they returned. In April 1998, I went to my conventional medical doctor and asked him about it. He referred me to a urologist. I didn't get around to making an appointment for a long time and it seemed that the lumps went away. I never went to the urologist. During the next couple of years, I noticed the lumps from time to time and an occasional ache.

During the year 2001, I noticed that I was gradually growing weaker. I suppose it could have been my age setting in, but it seemed awfully sudden. I tried colloidal silver for a while which seems to increase my energy, but I was not my old self.

In April of 2003, the lumps were more pronounced. There were now four lumps one on the top and bottom of each testicle. The ache that had been gradually increasing was becoming too strong to ignore. I decided to a couple of safe cancer treatments and see if there were any changes. I have decided not to tell people what I took because the treatment that worked for me may not work for someone else. You have to find what works for you (I explain how to do this on my web page). Two days after starting my treatment, the ache went to about 10% of its old level. Often, I would not notice it at all. Three weeks after I started my treatments, I limited my diet as follows, mostly to limit the intake of sugars:

Because of the reduction in pain coinciding with the administration of cancer treatments, I decided the obvious. Instead of reacting to the horror of this discovery, I looked for the good coincidences. It was a stretch, but I am good at this sort of thing. There really good news was that I was just laid off and given a lot of money. This allowed me many stress free months of sitting in my garden enjoying natural light and the pleasures of reading. It also allowed me to promote my recently published book on intuition at a leisurely pace. During this time, I happened to read about a Cancer study involving John Nash Ott. Fifteen people agreed to spend maximum time outdoors in natural sunlight, and avoid artificial light including television. At the end of the experiment the doctor in charge concluded that fourteen out of the fifteen patients experienced no tumor growth. I found this study interesting because that was exactly what I was doing. Good intuition or what?

Once I started my treatments, I gained insight into the previous five years of lumps coming and going. During that time, I had taken Cancell for a few days to a week to fight off a cold or the flu. I concluded that this had been enough time to put the lumps into remission, but not long enough to make them stay away.

About six weeks after starting treatments, my lumps were about halfsize. After six months, it seems I was unable to locate any lumps and greatly reduced my dosage. However, I would occasionally notice a slight ache. After a few weeks of experimentation, I learned that my diet needed some correction. I started to follow this acid/alkaline diet and it turned out to solve the problem. To read about the treatments like the ones I used, go to the Alternative Cancer Treatments page.
